Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Since we operate on a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our trusted supplier warehouses.

Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

  • In some remote or rural locations, delivery may take up to 12–15 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, etc.).

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products and locations (if applicable)

Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible products and serviceable pin codes.

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-value orders.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at grabcartly@gmail.com
In rare cases of lost shipments, we will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the damaged product

We will review and assist you as quickly as possible.
